Revitalization of a historic building into a hotel
A 19th-century palace designed by Carl Johann Leyser, located in the very center of Opole, entered in the register of monuments, currently unused. In the past, the building served as Evangelical Union House, cafe and school. The revitalization project introduces transformation of the building to a new function in consultation with the Provincial Conservator of Monuments. Inside, there will be a high-standard boutique hotel, spa rooms, a restaurant with a banquet hall and conference rooms.
